Bootcamp is a large group class at FitU that consists of high intensity, fat burning weight training and cardio through the use of plyometrics, Medicine ball work, calisthenics, and High Intensity Interval Training. Our Bootcamps are led by an instructor with great music and high energy. Come try it out for free!

Our yoga at FitU is taught by the amazing Jennifer Ramos. She used a traditional approach to yoga and has designed her class to accommodate beginners and intermediate levels. Come try it out on Saturdays from 10-11:30. Free for FitU members and only $10 drop in rate.

Our dance fitness class is taught by a Jennifer Ramos and is essentially Zumba with more functional fitness movements incorporated into it. This is a great class to burn fat and have fun while doing it. Come shake it with Jen every Saturday at 12pm.
